Domain Legalities

DomainStatute.com - UDRP Disputes

These rights may be either in the form of a registered trademark (obtained, for example, through the USPTO), or a common law trademark of a descriptive expression that has acquired secondary meaning. The reason why a UDRP proceeding is normally more attractive than a regular lawsuit, is that it is fast, simple, and inexpensive.
